If I could give a 0 I would. You trust these health professionals to do the right thing and help your child but NO. Staff and Dr is horrible. Very bad service here. They will not send whatever records being requested. My son was needing to be evaluated by a speech/language therapist. Needing a referral only. For about a year we thought everything was in motion and come to find out nothing was being done. He needs to retire and close his practice. Please do not bring your kids here this is the worse service known to north Houston. Switched Drs today and already have an appointment for my son. If only they were doing their jobs then my son could've been seen way earlier.

Staff is terrible, I called this morning Saturday 3-30-29 because my daughter has a real bad cold. I was told that I can come in before 12:15 pm because office close at 1, I got here at 11:53 am, the staff told me that they have no idea who I spoke with, the other office sometimes answer the phone, the dr has 5 patients ahead of you, so the lady next to the one at the office is shaking her head to tell me no, and I then said my child is very sick, then the one who’s shaking her head, then said to me, that oh the dr can see you but it’ll take 1-2 hours, really 1st it was no and now it’ll take 2 hours, I mean if y’all don’t care about children well being, why do y’all even work at a children's dr’s office… it’s disappointing and disgusting, I’ve been coming to dr’s ZUCCONI for almost 3 years now and this is a 1st for me..get better staff

Best pediatrician there is! He was my four kids’ doc until they got too old to go there anymore. We loved him so much that we traveled to his office, even when we moved out of Houston, and had to commute an hour.

Hoy fui a este lugar por primera ves, y me pareció perfecto, la espera fue normal, el doctor super simpático y profesional, me dieron el carnet de vacunas para mi bebé que no tenia, y el lugar super amplio y limpio.

Need to be better at getting back to parents that are awaiting results.
Took my son for an X-ray on Wednesday 5/11/22 in the am was told I would get results that afternoon or the next morning, called after not hearing anything on Thursday 5/12/22 and was told the doctor was not in and will call me tomorrow , asked if the other doctor could read X-ray the receptionist was rude and said he was very busy and would not have time. Called today Friday 5/13/22 its 9:26 am to get results and was told the doctor will call you after her lunch break @1:30 pm . Needless to say I took action into my own hands went to an Urgent Care and was told on Thursday he has a fracture (could not wait on the any longer) .. but his pediatrician has yet to call me and tell me. I have now scheduled a visit to a pediatric orthopedic. I am very curious to see how long it takes them to call me back and give me results.
Great for check-ups but not so much on other things.

Dr. Zucconi has to get a better staff. They are horrible they do not answer the phone, nor call back, and they all give you an different answer when you call trying to get information regarding your child. I've not ever had a problem with Dr. Zucconi staff but the staff now all need to be FIRED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My daughter has been going to Dr. Zucconi since my daughter was born, she will be with them for four years come November 30, 2016. Dr. Zucconi does NOT sugar coat anything and will make sure that the message concerning your child's well being is the best interest! I love him for being honest and his sense of humor is corky. His staff are amazing and two that are veterans know my daughter by first name and treats her age appropriately. The only minus is that sometimes his schedule is super packed and makes it hard to make appointments when needed. It does get crowded quick, I would advise calling early morning and setting early morning appointments as well.

I usually never have trouble when it comes to making appointments for my son over the phone but I’ve been calling for over a week just to get an appointment and nothing. All extensions go straight to voicemail. I’ve never seen this happen at any other doctors office. Dr Zucconi is ok, but looks like I might have to switch to another doctor if this continues. I left a voicemail and still no call back either.
