We recently used Vivax Pros to paint our home, deck and fence. and we couldn’t be happier. Our Project Manager was Becki Stuckart. She was extremely professional and communicative with us throughout the process. She made sure that we were properly informed and understood all aspects of the warranty and how to contact them in case we ever had questions or concerns. Gama was our crew Foreman. He and his crew did an excellent job with the paint. They caulked everything and painted to the point our home looks better than it did when it was first built. There were only a few touch ups needed and they got those done in a matter of minutes upon completion of the project. We are thrilled with the end result of our paint/stain and fully recommend Vivax Pros if you are looking to bring back a great curb appeal. Ask for Becki as your PM and Gama as your Foreman and you won’t be sorry!

My husband and I recently fixed some of our rotting siding/etc and needed our house painted as soon as possible because the new siding was a different color than our old siding. Vivax Pros painted our neighbors house and my husband was talking about what an amazing job they did, so when we needed someone, we reached out to them. Not only were they able to help us and schedule us almost immediately, but the entire project took them about 1 1/2 days... which is amazing since we have a decently large house. They were fast, efficient, and the finished job looks amazing! Kyle was awesome to work with and came to do the initial walk through and came back to do the final walk through and make sure everything was up to our standards. It was such a pleasant experience and I couldn't recommend them more! Here are before and after pictures... we just love the slate blue color!

Very impressed with the team over at Vivax Pros! We have lived in multiple states and had multiple homes painted and without exception, this was our best experience. From my initial meeting with Riley our salesperson, I knew we had found the right fit for our job. Her timely and thorough communication makes her a true pro. It took us a while to commit to a date and the team at Vivax Pros was incredibly respectful of our delay. When we finally did commit, they worked to make sure our job was completed before our graduation party. Working with Paul in planning our job was great too. Our Project Manager Slater was easy to work with and worked with me as we added to our job. Both Riley and Slater made us we feel our business was truly valued. The crew led by Ramon showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean, and were incredibly open to conversations about touch-ups and the slight changes we made to our plan – all with a smile on their faces. We still can’t believe how such a high-quality job was done in such a short time frame. I would highly recommend the entire team at Vivax Pos.

I have to commend all teams at Vivax Pros. Our house is quite large & has a ton of trim work. The summer days were hot and the Painting team worked hard each day almost until sunset. They cleaned up after themselves each day. We had some expectation issues quickly after day 1, but Carlos the project manager and the painting crew were agreeable to pivot and adjust so our expectations were met. I have to also mention the warranty process as described to us, seems very straight forward. We do feel we received great value for our money invested. We truly would recommend this company to our friends. Nice Job!

Working with Vivax Pros has been one of the best customer service experiences we have had in many, many years. My husband had researched quite a few painting companies prior to having Vivax come out to give us a quote. He was very impressed with their customer service model and paint warranty, and wanted to hear in person about their customer service overall. We signed a contract that night, and we can say without a doubt, Vivax Pros was the best choice in a paint company we could have made!

For starters, the communication with this company has been truly fantastic. Steven had been our point of contact until our painting began. It was so nice to have someone to ask questions of, and to help us with some concerns about measurements for possible shutter replacements. Steven also arranged a date for us to have some wood repairs done, and he made sure our color choices were submitted on time, as well as getting us scheduled for painting with dates that worked for us. Steven responded to us quickly and with answers; never leaving us hanging!

Chris came out to do some shutter and wood trim replacement measurements for us. Hubby is a bit too old to be that high up on a ladder, so having that help with the shutters was wonderful. While Chris was up taking measurements for us, he mentioned we may want to consider having our gutters cleaned before our paint job because they were pretty dirty. We are so thankful for him mentioning that we should do that. We have only owned the home for 3 years and when the gutter people came out, they were struggling to scrape and pull out 3” deep sediment and debris from these 24 year old gutters. The gutter people told us that they were surprised we hadn’t had roof leaks or complete gutter failures from all of the sediment and blockages! So, a BIG shout out and thank you to Chris! Already, before our actual paint job had started, our experience was outstanding!

The next step was the pressure washing, which was scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently.

With our paint job ready to start, we received a call from our Project Manager, Drew VanMaanen, letting us know his crew would be starting on Monday, as well as telling us what his role would be during the painting process. He told us he would be managing the paint crew from the very beginning of the job, stopping by the house during the process, and communicating with us throughout. Drew addressed all of our questions and any concerns with amazing professionalism and exceptional customer service! He managed every step of the way with the utmost of care, and for us the homeowner, to ultimately have the end result we had imagined for our paint job.

In addition, Drew worked directly with our paint crew Foreman, John and his team, making sure we were all on the same page for prep work, color placement, and painting. John and his team worked diligently to make sure every detail of our paint job was done well. The teamwork and communication between Drew, John, and the rest of the crew was really great as well! John and his team were such a pleasure to work with, and we were so happy to have them as our truly exceptional paint team. It was really wonderful to have painters with the same integrity, values, and customer care!

So, while this review probably seems long and drawn out, it is a real snapshot of the absolutely wonderful experiences we have had with Vivax Pros, our Project Manager, Drew VanMaanen, and our very hardworking paint team.

Vivax Pros has far exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! Our beautiful home is exactly what we had hoped for!

11/25/24 - I just checked our review and photos. I have no idea why there is a photo of a red door with stone showing in our homes pictures. It is NOT a photo of our home. It is also tagged with someone else's name. We are still extremely happy with our paint job and don't want you to be deterred by this weird, random photo of a red door. Not ours!

The customer service interactions have been top notch since the initial door knock. We wanted to change the color of our home after moving in recently, but there wasn’t a big rush to do it. Vivax offered some end of season discounts, so we went for it. The woodwork crew replaced a few boards and did a solid job. The crew prepped and painted the whole house in only about a day and a half. I was initially not completely impressed with the quality of the paint job. It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t as sharp as I thought it would be. Not a problem at all, the project manager came back and marked all of the touch ups we requested and the crew was back the next day after that to make everything look great. Thanks to Fitzgerald, Jordan, Tyler, Hector and their teams for a job well done.

I couldn’t find enough descriptive words of praise for my experience with Vivax. From the time Dylan came out to look over my house, to the time the job was completed was not only an amazing experience, but a quicker process than I had ever hoped.
Manuel and his crew showed up, and completed the job with such speed, professionalism, and attention to detail!
My first time using Vivax was a good experience (many years ago). My second time blew that experience out of the water!
Dylan, Manuel, and their crew are not only amazing at their jobs, but they are top notch ambassadors for the company.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic work aside, their offered warranty is no joke! When they promoted the warranty, my very first time having my house painted, I was skeptical that they would stand behind it to the length. They said they would.
