Very disappointed! I purchase a toothpaste a day ago and my children don’t like it because it taste moldy. And I return it but the Persian lady said I cannot return it. It was against Consumer Act Canada. I’ve been a customer to Victorias Health since they open and it’s my first time to return a product and not satisfied with their service. Very bad customer service. The product that I bought is just a trash.The only store in North Vancouver that doesn’t do refunds or exchange. I will never come back to this store ever again. Wholefoods is better or IHerb for their excellent customer service. I spoke to the owner. And realized that he was the one who recommended me the toothpaste and told me it was the same as the brand I’m looking for? But it was awful moldy taste. The owner is terrible, inconsiderate and doesn’t value his customers concern. It’s just a waste of money. I will buy products to a store who value their customers concern. I believe in karma.

Walked in just after closing (gotta lock that door quicker!) - woman at the counter, who I’m sure wanted to go home, logged back in and served me with a smile. They’re always great - if you have questions they’re always super helpful. I’ve been going there for years. Great local business!

Fantastic supply available, 1 stop shopping for all my supplements which includes most importantly the ones for perimenopause. They have always had in stock the list of items prescribed by my Naturopathic Doctor. Friendly helpful staff and the points system is a bonus which earns you a free Smoothie and they also host info events with guest speakers

My experience with this store is terrible, and I will not visit again. The store policy is if your purchase is over $75, you can get one free smoothie. So, if you purchase over $150, you should get two. I bought something over $100 and added something else for over $50. The total purchase was over $150, but they gave me just one smoothie because my second receipt was less than $75. The second purchase was just a few minutes after the first. The owner is a terrible person. I heard other people complaining about the same issue. This is disappointing, and I will not return to that store.

Note to owners: the hours on your website are incorrect for Sunday. It says 930am but is actually 10am. I showed up before 10am and was closed.
