Very professional and quick shipping. I’ve ordered 4+ bikes from others and this was the best packaging I’ve ever seen! Bike was in perfect condition and partially assembled so I had it together for a test ride 10 minutes. Will only buy used from TPC in the future now.

I got the bike , put it together and off I go. It wasn’t a pleasant ride. The shifter on the brake would only go down and only once it shifted up. Then it started shifting gears by itself . Now I have to take it some place and have it gone over. In the ad it says professionally gone over, cleaned and TUNED UP. No way it was even looked at.
They should take the bike and give me 100% refund .Then it didn’t stop well. I looked at the disc’s. They have grooves cut through them . They are so deep that I literally cut myself. I won’t not recommend this company to anyone unless it has a 100% guarantee.

Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised that the necessary tool for assembly was included in the package. It’s small touches like these that really set TPC apart and show their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and the service I received. I highly recommend TPC to anyone in the market for a bike.
