I recently stayed at here, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the front desk staff with genuine warmth and professionalism. They made the check-in process seamless and even provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. Special thanks to Cori and Roshanda for going the extra mile to ensure I felt welcome.

The housekeeping team deserves a round of applause for their attention to detail. My room was immaculate every day, with fresh linens, perfectly arranged amenities, and a spotless bathroom. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it made my stay incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The quality of the food was superb, and the service staff ensured that the buffet was always replenished and tables were promptly cleared. Starting my mornings with such a delightful spread was a treat.

Overall, Sheraton by the Galleria delivered a truly 5-star experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming place to stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I had an outstanding stay at the Sheraton! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the front desk lady, Diamond, who made the check-in process smooth and effortless. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to the bartenders, Al and Kennedy, who were both friendly and made every visit to the bar a fun experience. Al, in particular, went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service—he really made us feel at home. Melissa, the VIP lounge server, was also fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. Lastly, Heriberto, the engineer, was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance with a small issue in the room. Overall, the Sheraton offers superb customer service and a truly welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be back!

my stay at the Sheraton Hotel was a great one. The front desk staff very helpful and friendly, Housekeeping was so courteous and with a smile. The breakfast here was awesome!! it was delicious so much to select. and i wanted higher floor and they accomodate me no problem. Parking here no problem. ill be back

The customer service team up front is the only thing that made this place better. Very disappointed in the rooms and breakfast. Overall a huge let down in the Sheraton name. The staff at the front desk was really nice and customer service was outstanding. Too bad the facility couldn’t match the staff.

I want to share an amazing check in experience by Diamond. This Marriott employee turned my bad day into a great evening with her professionalism, kindness and patients. We cannot forget Roshandra who is the face for this Marriott hotel, I stay at this Marriott because of the way Roshandra takes care of all of the guest. Both of these professionals gives next level customer satisfaction

Did early check in before my 9am flight on the Marriott app. Arrived around 6pm and my room still wasn’t ready. They were able to move to a different room, but they weren’t exactly friendly about.

Hotel has been updated and overall seems nice and pretty clean. There’s about a 1/2” gap all the way around the door letting in a lot of light. No need for a peephole just look through the crack. Also, if you’re over 5’8” tall you’re going to need to duck under the shower head. I’m 6’2 and it’s about chin level for me.

After check in I went to the “restaurant” for dinner. The restaurant is in the lobby and doesn’t have the look or feel of a restaurant. Service there was crap, even though it wasn’t busy at all. The only server working told me to grab a table and she would come help me. She stopped by with a water and a menu about 5 minutes later. Then I sat there for nearly 15 minutes waiting for her to come back to get my order. I finally got sick of waiting and went to my room and ordered door dash.

Check in staff need customer service training. When a room type is. It available that is the hotel issue, not the guest. Attitudes need adjustment and knowledge of customer service principles need improvement. Not the service I am used to as a Sheraton frequent visitor.
