Horrible Doctor - DO NOT GO HERE

I booked an appointment three weeks in advance. Show up for my appointment on time. While being checked in I was asked for the paperwork that I was mailed. I let them know I did not receive anything. I also informed them that they were not even provided with a mailing address when I booked the appointment, so it was impossible that they could have mailed anything.

They looked at my file in their system and then confirmed that in fact nothing was mailed. They then told me that Dr Olah is very punctual and that he would not be able to see me because it would take me time to complete the paperwork.

I had confirmed the appointment the prior day, both via text message and phone call with their office. They did not inform me of anything necessary for the appointment.

I asked that they speak with the doctor to see if he could accommodate being that the issue was one caused by his team and his office. The receptionist refused to inform the doctor of the situation.

This situation made it very clear that to this office and maybe the doctor that the only person that has any importance is their time. Most ridiculous situation I have every encountered and not even an apology.
