Extremely disappointed with the professionalism of the firm. I had an appointment and confirmed via text. When the firm called I missed the call and immediately called back. However, they were no longer available. I Tried calling back several times to reschedule and was told that he is now charging for the consultation appointment. Very disappointed with the handling of our consultation.

I feel very disappointed and angry with this law firm! Changing different lawyers frequently makes me have to start from scratch every time. Are they using my money to train employees? The continuous meeting is just to carve up your money, but there is no progress in the case! When asked about lawyers, they all got the case wrong! Unprofessional work will make you bankrupt, they are only interested in your money, once they pay legal fees, they become arrogant and insolent, if you do not want to add any more trouble, please stay away!

I had Paul handle a labor dispute for my business recently. We had an ex-employee who out of nowhere claimed wrongful termination. I have been wanting to write this for a few months now. Mr. Cheng was recommended to me by another employment law attorney I had contacted that my co-worker had used. His law firm contacted me and met with me the very next week.

He is a vigilant, tough attorney who won't back down from big arrogant corporate lawyers. First his staff is awesome. Leean and Eric, his legal assistant and case manager spent hours with me to make sure we had all correct information and documents. My case was a bit weak and there were lots of details to it, but all of his staff was very patient with me, and always available when I had questions. Mr. Cheng and his legal team really fought for me and was always available 24/7 (he even gave me his personal cell so I could text him whenever I needed to). He made me feel very secured during the whole process. Unlike a lot of other lawyers once you hire them they just disappear on your case. This firm isn't like that. They were constantly in contact with me and letting me know every step of every step of the way. Mr. Cheng and his associates really fought very hard to get what I needed, even when we got rejected by the court they kept at it until we got it.

I know a lot of other attorneys who would have just given up against those big corporate attorneys, especially with some of the issues in my case. Knowing our opposing counsel very nasty and tough lawyer (he would do literally "anything" to get his way), Mr. Cheng and his team were not intimidated and did not waver, he went to battle for me to make sure I got what I deserved. Not only was he successful he also got it done in less than 3 months so I could continue my life. Mr. Cheng is intelligent, compassionate and he will fight for you. Considering the trauma I went through and endured, everyone at this law firm were an absolute pleasure to work with! I know his firm represents both business owners and employees. Hopefully I won't ever have the need for an attorney again, but if I do it will always be Mr. Cheng and his lawyer team.

I was referred to this office by a business referral when I got into a lawsuit, and I'm glad I called them. After meeting with Paul I felt confident that he and his team would handle my case and get me the best outcome. The litigation team is awesome. If I ever missed any of them when I called, they made sure to get back to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Very very disappointed with them. Low professional skills. What did they do in the case last for two years? Just wrote emails to defendant's lawyer, and forward their replies to us, sometimes. And also employees changed again and again, the one who took over the case from the previous one, even could not understand the case and doesn't clear about the amounts in the case, although it is closing to the court date. Two years, no suggestions, no plans, no pressure to the defendant, failed do deposition two times. What are they good at? Forwarding emails, charging fees. charged for every call, every email. They are too bad at skills, too good at earning money from customers. Will never use this lawyer office again. Would like give them 0 star if could.
