I was behind in filing taxes for 12 yrs. Went to lots of places CPA, national frenchizes and some expert tax attorney, estimate charges for filing for each year was progressively outrageous along the fear they install in your mind that IRS will confiscate your house if I don't get it done with them right away. 92 yrs old friend of mine suggested Miss patricia at Thorne & Associates per my visit without appointment I got to see Miss Patricia she understood my anxiety from my face and immediately look at my paper work and assign Miss Gloria such a pleasant person to talk to; very professional and knowledge; kind and courteous. She digs deeper into my paper work and finds that I can carry forward my losses for 18 yrs, I don't owe any back taxes or penalties at a fraction of a fee compared to CPA and national Frenchies. I would highly recommend their services even from my grave as we can't skip taxes and death.

Horrible experience. Everything is fine while you’re there but if anything needs to be followed up on, good luck getting in contact with anyone.

Had an amendment that was done by Gloria and not only was it done wrong and needed corrections, but she just decided never to email or call, causing me to take it upon my self to contact her for approximately 3 months.

After all was said and done I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company.

This place and the owner are tax scammers. They will fraudulently prepare your tax return at will. They will add inflated Schedule Cs with expense that you never incurred and can't prove if you were to get audited. They will also add educational credits even though you never attended a college or university. Unless you want to get audited don't do your tax return there. The owner Mrs. Patricia is a crook and those giving her 5 stars their returns were more than likely fraudulent.
