Andrew is awesome!! I will call P&G Plumbing first if I ever need them again. The technician, Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional. He thought he knew what was wrong but was thorough in his inspection, and his initial thoughts were correct.
I am going to recommend P&G Plumbing anytime I get the chance.

Initially, we thought the service provided by Efrain and Team was as it should be, professional. However, since being serviced there have been a couple of matters to arise which required a return visit from Efrain and or Business Partner. What we have experienced is LESS THAN SATISFACTORY as our calls are ignored and/or promised appointments result in no call/no show! We have gone from “I need to get a part to fix the issue” to “I’ve been sick”… regardless communication is essential; however since commitment to service is clearly not a priority, especially as it relates to a senior citizen, I will also take this matter to the BBB and any other contractors association as this experience with P&G Plumbing has been less than favorable.

Efrain came out today and installed a new hot water heater. He was very responsive and was able to come out on the same day I contacted him. He did a great job and his price was less then half of what the Lowes recommended vendor wanted. Would definitely recommend!

They were responsive, affordable and honest. They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.
