I really need something for my digestion issues and one of the sales guys was helpful in finding me all the things I should be taking. A great big thank you for that, oh and the vitamins and supplements have been really working. I could not be happier!!!

Great store and has been one of my favourites for years! Every staff member is wonderful and helpful. Sure, Andrew can be a little different but he is a very smart, intriguing, caring man. These reviews are so quick to judge and are quite frankly a joke to me, you guys are bullies. Yes he can change a couple things but if you gave him the time of day you might learn something interesting. I shop here, I love being in this store, and I love the service I get. I find the prices fair and the staff knowledgeable.

Super creepy employee made me and my family uncomfortable.
Man in his late forties, was wearing sunglasses inside, when we came into the store wasn't wearing shoes, then put on flip flops, had his shirt unbuttoned pretty far down could see hairy chest. I honestly thought he was high on something, especially due to the glasses indoors.

I'm a 21 yr old woman,and he very obviously checked me out saying I was an attractive while looking me up and down, stared at me and my sister, standing way too close, just overall very creepy and unprofessional.
Keep the toes in if you're working, and try not checking out potential clients and making people uncomfortable.

After getting out of there as quick as possible he proceeded to follow us outside the store and stare us down while we hid in another shop. He then unbuttoned his shirt off completely.

I notice that from other reviews there have been multiple complaints made about this man tracing back years, and yet he is still employed and has obviously not changed his inappropriate behavior, I'm disgusted by this.

Decent service. Found what I was looking for. However, one of the staff members was super odd. He was bare foot, and was wearing a button up shirt that was completely unbuttoned (revealing his hairy chest). He then proceeded to whistle and sing to me using bird like tones and asked if I’d like to sing with him. I declined but found it quite interesting.

I thought the "no shoes no service rule" applied to customers and store workers, but apparently not here. We purchased some supplements in this store yesterday and found it quite off putting that a store employee was walking around serving people with bare feet, no sandals or shoes. At one point he had his bare foot up on the lower cabinet while speaking with a customer.
Seems unhygienic, especially for a health and wellness type of business.
