If I could have no stars I will give no stars. I order the whole house appliance from Miele. First, they missed the tube for my steam-oven. And told one month to send to me. Then I order a dishwasher cover, they told two months to deliver to me and there still a connection part missing. And that connection part toke more than two months until now, it haven’t delivery yet. No one is doing their job. The delivery part always appears to be Address correction required. I called to customer service to make corrections and after one week, it still show the address need to correct. I would never purchase Miele again and never recommend Miele to my friend.

We bought a Miele dishwasher brand new. It has been in use for six months. The dishwasher does not drain. Miele customer service has been unhelpful with resolving our issues.
The dishwasher technician first came at about 4 months of use for a "does not drain" error. They said that the hose was the problem, but they did not fix the hose.
The technician came again at 6 months and temporarily fixed it. They said that the dishwasher hose was the issue again and they are not fixing it, but they will order a hose for us. The hose is now 2 weeks late. The dishwasher technician will not even install the hose and said we should get a plumber. The original hose came with the dishwasher and it should be covered by them.
It should not matter the cost of the dishwasher, service should be impeccable from any brand. The service from Miele is the worst I've ever experienced.
It is holiday season and Miele is going to have us all washing dishes by hand. The dishwasher is basically new, but its not working and the service has not been helpful. That is the reason for the one star review. It is well deserved. They should not be in business with that level of service.

The staff was terrific, my needs were attended to promptly and very friendly, cappucino, the whole nine yards. The only notch against the experience was that I thought it a bit petty of company policy to charge an extra $250 to have the door reversed on $4000 fridge.

I called Miele service to repair my cooktop. The technician failed to fix the stove and made it worse. The technician was in a rush and broke my kitchen cabinet drawers while he took them out. Miele refused to refund the service fee $300 and claimed it would send someone over to fix my drawer. But I haven't got any reply ever since. Miele's other option is to refund the $300 as an in store credit.
Absolutely NO as I won't fall into this premium price scheme again!
Don't buy Miele dish washer too. Its water pressure is so weak just like raining

We have had the worst experience trying to get our Miele dryer fixed. It stopped working over two months ago and after a lot of phone calls the technician has come twice and the dryer is still not working. They are pretty quick to charge for their “service” but they don’t seem to know what the issue is. A complete waste of money and time. Never had issues with any other dryers prior to this one and it’s supposed to be a top brand.

We recently purchased our Washer and Dryer with matching pedestals from the Van Exp Centre and Cathy was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the products and quick to follow up with any additional information we needed. We had to replace our washer and dryer as the washer was starting to leak, washed clothes didnt smell or look clean, and certain items were shrinking badly. We received the products very promptly after ordering and have the satisfaction of knowing everything was properly installed by Miele. We've also been very happy with the performance of our new machines. All in all, it was a good buying experience and i would use them again.

Worst kitchen product ever, and we regretted ever since the day bought them. We renovated our kitchen three years ago with Miele package. Last year, the range hood motor has to be replaced, and then fridge heat exchange needs to be replaced. The repair cost could be used buy other products with much better quality. This year I just spent another $600 to replace steam oven heat element and now the induction cooktop has error message F31 and made it useless.They market their product could last over 10 years, but the catch is that you have to fix it a couple of times every year and you don't know whether it's going to work tomorrow. I am just sick tired of it and look it up and there are plenty of people like me sharing their bad experiences. If you ever consider buying this product because they look nice and its name. JUST DON'T DO IT, unless you have plenty of time and money to throw away.
