Haven’t used them in a while but was in a pinch so I made a special trip only to have them closed early. Not very convenient or professional.

Placed an order and had to cancel due to unforeseen events. Left a voicemail to cancel, they said they didn’t get it. To boot it’s a month later from when I originally wanted the material. Very slow service Cost almost double from other local suppliers and was charged $420 in a restocking fee. Despite ads saying they carry everything in stock they do not. Not impressed not even willing to meet me in the middle. I payed it in good faith but that is the last $ they will ever get from me. Better more affordable suppliers exist. I didn’t mind the convenience of the location but this isn’t convenient. Way to go guys I was planning on spending well over 10k in material. Not anymore. Lost my buisness permanently unless something can be done here.

last time I will ever deal with this location. customer service is always really bad. prices are way over priced even for an island tax. They always round up your cut size when you grab an end cut so might as well get them to cut of a new length. when they are out of stock and quote you 1 week to get it in expect more like 2. all around very unimpressed. will be taking my company business over to aj forsyth. I might have to buy full lengths but they wont charge me 10 bucks to make 3 cuts on a break.

Price gouging in effect at Nanaimo location. Dishonest salesperson who increases costs in an underhanded fashion. Not the first complaint in this area.

I guess small orders don't mean much to these guys. Called mid-morning and left a message, inquiring about a product they might carry. No one ever got back to be, so I went elsewhere out of frustration. Will never try to go thru them again !
