I met Dr Cubbage at the time of my husband’s back surgery 12 months ago. After multiple interviews with various spine surgeons, my husband’s surgeon was selected & surgery scheduled. By faith, we ran into someone who had back surgery by Dr Cubbage & he talked us into one more interview, Dr Cubbage.Needless to say, my husband turns to me after the meeting & said, Dr Cubbage is my surgeon of choice.
Results were excellent & husband’s comment was the best surgery results he ever had.
Eleven months later, I discussed my 40+ years of chronic neck pain with Dr Cubbage.
Diagnose was 3 areas of disc herniation, severe cervical spinal stenosis & cervical spondylosis, C4-C7. Two weeks ago, Dr Cubbage performed Anterior cervical diskectomy with decompression, fusion, instrumentation, placement of intervertebral biomechanical cages of C4-C7. After my husband’s experience with Dr Cubbage & multiple other referrals received about Dr, Cubbage’s work, I made one of the best decisions of my life to move forward with Dr Cubbage & allow him to give me a better quality of life. Although currently in post-op period, my confidence level with Dr Cubbage is 100%. My appreciation and gratitude goes out to Dr Cubbage & his team for excellent work, dedication & care that went into my surgery. Thank you for being an Amazing Doctor!

Dr. Cubbage, the office staff, x-ray technician, and nurse were very nice. I was encouraged by Dr. Cubbage’s care plan. I was not happy that I waited for 2 hours to be seen and the PA who was the first to see me did not acknowledge or apologize for making me wait that long.

After receiving conflicting feedback from different neurosurgeons, Dr. Cubbage gave me the most reassuring recommendation for treatment I've heard to date. I'm reviewing the option with help from other doctors, my wife and my doctor BS tester, my sister who has been a nurse for over 35 years.

The surgery went well. The pain I was feeling is gone. I'm in PT and learning to improve my gait. Dr. Cubbage was a recommendation from Dr. Ken Korthauer, my ortho surgeon for all but my back. Awesome outcome. Only get recommendations from fellow orthos. GPs are great but their knowledge is not as extensive in this space.
