Un hôtel dans la gamme standard des Marriott, ni plus, ni moins. Des tarifs variant du simple au double du jour au lendemain, donc choisissez stratégiquement votre date de séjour. Une piscine intérieur/extérieur plus intéressante que la piscine du Marriott Suite qui se situe un peu plus loin.
Si vous venez de l'aéroport et/ou si vous allez à Chicago, l'accès aux transport en commun est extrêmement simple, à deux pas de la ligne bleue (cta).

This hotel is super close to O'Hare and offers drop-off/pick up service to the airport. Friendly service at the front desk. Our room was a good size and the entire hotel was kept very clean. There's a really cool indoor/outdoor heated pool and the indoor part is kept really warm so it's great even in the winter- we were there when it was -10 degrees outside and it was still warm!

The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Everything about the stay was nearly perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent amenities. However, our experience was significantly impacted by one staff member at the reception, Brenda.

Unfortunately, Brenda seems to go out of her way to make things difficult for guests. Her attitude is unprofessional, and her way of communicating is unreasonably rude. Instead of assisting guests, she makes even simple requests feel like a struggle. It’s disappointing because the rest of the hotel is great, but dealing with someone like her at the front desk takes away from the overall experience.

If management addresses this issue, this hotel would easily be a 5-star stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were clean and they smelled of bleach. (Which is fine with me. I had a nice view of the pool from my room. Which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was pleasant and both waiters and room service were all excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

We unfortunately missed our flight and had to find a place to stay for the night until our next flight in the morning. We chose the Marriott Chicago and had an amazing experience for our stay. The hotel is gorgeous, there is a lot to see and a lot to do and the art work in the halls was amazing. Rey was the best!! Very accomodating!

The reception were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Also, The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable and clean.
