The staff is nice enough but I don’t have faith in Dr. Constantino. I told her about my persistent and constant hip pain, which felt muscular. She offered an X-ray. I declined and later called to request an MRI. I received an approval letter in the mail a couple of weeks later.

After getting my MRI, there were some distressing results. Dr. Constantino’s office only recommended I “manage the pain” by continuing physical therapy. When I said I don’t want to manage the pain, I want to fix the problem, the receptionist hung up on me after telling me she’d have to ask the doctor.

When I called back, “Doctor” Constantino was “not in the office” that day. Oh sure.

The audacity of a medical office to only offer a band aid and not the cure, then to hang up on me.

I wouldn’t go here unless it were the only option.

i would give this DR no stars if I could. but she gets the 1star for her staff that was great with scheduling.
My son is disabled, he is becoming of age, his pediatrician gave me a list of DR due to he will need an adult one. I googled the DR and found DR Loida Constantine to be affiliated with Memorial, so that was a big plus for me.
so I scheduled 1st appointment 2nd and 3rd they all had to be canceled due to covid. then finally February 11,2021 we made it to her office. I showed up with all his med records, my court documents that I have conservatorship, anything and everything she needed was in my hand. i provided all of it to the receptionist, she placed it in his chart. when my son and i got called to the room, the RN asked was there a reason we are there. i said yes, my son is an adult now and his pediatrician gave me a list and DR Constantine is on it, so I'm trying to establish a r for him in his adulthood, she said ok.
DR Constantine walks in, looks at the first few pages of the court documents and ask what is this? So I explained same thing that I explained to receptionist and RN, she looked at my son and said I don't think I am a good fit for him! I said why? she said you may be more comfortable with a male. I said are you kidding me? Are you saying you are not comfortable with seeing my son? she said well I not sure what you need? i don't think i can help!
I responded. WHAT I told you my son can not see his pediatrician anymore he needs an adult DR but its fine, i don't want you as his dr you where a waste of our time. i will notify dr lee to not ever refer anyone to your cheap apartment looking clinic, and I grabbed all my records and my son and walked out. i am not sure what her problem was with my son and i don't care. she was out of line! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. i do not recommend her.

The service I've received from Dr Constantino's office is beyond horrible. Their ofc simply lacks compassion and empathy. I've been assigned to her for the past 4 years. However. I'm now at a time where I actually need services. I was seen for stomach problems I've been having. Paid my copay. Then was referred for a diagnostic test. Received a call that my test was abnormal and the dr would like to see me to go over my results. So I leave work early to go meet with the dr to go over my results. I was then told I had to pay another copay (cash only..this ofc only takes cash). Not having a copay or cash I asked if the dr could provide my results over the phn I mean really, visiting the dr to go over test results is only for her to take more money under the table and bill the insurance for an unnecessary visit. Whatever is wrong with me, I'll either need to be referred to a specialist or written a prescription. I don't understand the meaning behind paying another copay for her to tell me my results. So I proceeded to ask for a copy of my medical records and was denied. I was told they couldn't give me my records until after I met with the dr. I again told ofc staff I didn't have money and needed to find out if I was dying or not. And was told to come back when I have money to pay. How insensitive is that! My children's dr gives me results over the phn and then tells me her plan of treatment.which is either a referral to a specialist or a prescription to the pharmacy. Never do they request us to come back into the ofc to go over an issue that you were previously treated for. If I could give them zero stars I would. And this is just 1 of the many issues I had with this ofc. But this is the last that I'll have with ofc. Switching PCPs asap. And to think I had selected her for my family's 2020 benefits. Be aware!!!

I have nothing but praise for Dr C and her staff. I’m two years in now and it’s been smooth running all the way. No excessive waiting on referrals, return calls when promised, attention to detail. I would comfortably recommend this office to a friend or family member.

I only had her as my Doctor for a short time, I had to move. But she really cares about her patients. The receptionist was very kind to me as well. Thank you!
