We hired LCS Pros / Lucy 's Cleaning Service just a few weeks ago. This contract is for weekly cleaning of an apartment building and upon request the clubhouse. I met the cleaner, Vickie at the clubhouse. She was tasked out to give the two bathrooms a clean and re-stock. Vickie noticed it had been awhile since any cleaning was done in these two bathrooms and took it upon herself to go the extra mile and provide a deep clean. I have never seen the floors and baseboards looking so good! Thank you Vickie for your attention to detail and working so hard. This was very much appreciated!

I hired two cleaners to do a deep clean of my condo. They called me saying they needed more time despite having been there for hours (and it's a small condo)...I agreed because I was promised this would allow them to take care of everything.

Well...I got home and tons of stuff didn't get cleaned. They promised to clean the wine glasses I had left out (didn't touch them), left garbage in the can, didn't even make a start on cleaning the upstairs loft. I would have overlooked all of this, but they threw out something important to me (baby blanket that had seen better days) that was ON THE BED. I had to literally go dumpster diving to find it. Thank god I was able to.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Super overpriced. I called to see if they would do anything to make it right and really wrestled with leaving a bad review for a small business...but they basically told me to get lost.

I would honestly recommend hiring literally anyone else above them.

EDIT: RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY -

To be clear, I thought it was expensive but my complaint was that I was quote one price and then called on the phone and told I could agree to pay more to ensure they cleaned everything. I did that. I came home and *an entire floor had not been cleaned*!!! Dishes were left in the sink. I would have been happy to pay the extra price if you had done what you explicitly promised to do. You did not, and then you *lied* about it.

I called Dawn when I learned the baby blanket had been thrown away, crying, from the dumpster. I told Dawn that I was in the dumpster and all she did was apologize, no offer to help or even to try to get help. I got a call several hours later from one of the cleaners saying they would come over trying to find it when I had gone out and my phone was off. *I had literally told her I was in the dumpster hours earlier - the response was too late.*

This company is dishonest and overpriced. Any decent company would have at least given a partial refund or offered a discount on future services if this had happened under their watch. These people do NOT deserve your business.

2nd Update: I hired HomeSpritz to do my cleaning and they did a *MUCH* better job for literally less than half the price with only one cleaner. Give HomeSpritz your business!!

Lucy's have been cleaning my home for around 2 years. The individual cleaners sometime change but the quality has always been good. Our current regular cleaner, Emalyn, is excellent and always does a thorough job. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to express my entire satisfaction with the cleaning that Vickie and Emalyn did in my condo. It was quite dirty and they did a spotless job on cleaning everything, particularly in getting the mineralization off the shower frame and glass door. Cheryl & Vicky came a couple weeks ago for our first-ever Deep Clean and the house was left spotless!

My partner and I were left stunned by how many things they attacked that we normally missed, and we're not even unclean people (though, a bit messy).

Will be getting LCS on a 3-week (to start) rotation going forward, the spousal harmony and clean digs are well worth the price of admission.
