Terrible service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Both times I've been here I have had to wait over an hour past my appointment time even though I showed up early. Plus they never submit prescriptions to my pharmacy. Calling is a complete nightmare. They leave you on hold for 20+ minutes with no option to leave a message. Then the phone operator transfers you again and you have to wait on hold another 20 minutes.

The Dr and PA are great unfortunately you have to have patience with the people working the phones, They won't let you voice your concern before putting you on hold, or they will put you on hold for as long as they can and say they can't help.

This clinic consistently has their system down so you will be waiting past your appointment times to be helped or seen. Please FIX THE ISSUE. this has happened more than once.

I love this doctor. He has a funny sense of humor And actually addresses my problem. Only thing is the wait time you might have to clear you’re schedules for a few hours but at least it’s worth it, every problem I’ve ever had he addressed it very fast and on the dot. He’s good at surgeries and at taking care of his patients I’ve been going to him for like 8 years today.

Every single time I call, its a struggle trying to reach anyone. They seem to never answer the phone. I went in for a referral on April 12 and didn't receive any decision in thr mail so I called backed May 6 and thats when the submitted the referral and was auto-approved. They wasted my time not letting me know. I was going on week needing to see the referred doctor. Goes to show how unprofessional this office is and I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate state agency. I will also be changing doctors asap

I came here for my first pregnancy thinking that Dr. Cardin would be the one to see me since I have heard so many great things about him but unfortunately he only seen me like 4 times my whole pregnancy. Then they switched it to a girl that rushed you out as soon she put you in the room and the ultrasound pictures horrible don’t come here if you want to be able to get nice and clear pictures you’ll only get blurry ugly ones. Front desk in OBYGN is always horribly rude, if you want to wait 2 hrs to be seen then I recommend you choosing a different clinic. I’m currently pregnant and decided to give them another chance, yeah it’s still a nope for me I’ll definitely be changing clinic. Now downstairs for primary for children is awesome front desk is actually kind and they don’t have you wait a long time, once you are place in your room they try their best to make you feel comfortable to ask questions and are very gentle with the babies. Only complaint is I wished it was a bit more clean but honestly isn’t that bad.

Dr Cardin seems like a good dr however he no longer is a delivery dr. And you don’t really interact with him. I’ve seen him twice. The office itself doesn’t have a very welcoming atmosphere, the receptionist are very dry, with no customer service whatsoever. Grumpy as attitude that they should consider working in a different line of business were customer service is not required. MASK are REQUIRED at every visit. The clinic doesn’t offer any as courtesy nor for sale, don’t forget your mask. Also they charge a $20 CASH FEE to fill out the disability application. I did mine online and to have the Dr complete his portion I’m being charged (insane) as if they weren’t already making money because you’re a patient there. One big fake star but they really deserve zero. Let’s not forget the ultrasound pictures are trash. I’ve yet to see one good picture of the baby. It’s always a picture of her heart and ribs
