Magasin très bien rangé et les rayons sont bien éclairer et espacer manager et cashier souriant et agréable et réactif il ont ouvert une 2eme caisse des qu il y a une attente très positifs un grand choix vous trouverez ce que vous voulez et des produits du quotidien placer sur le chemin de la caisse ça vous rappel des essentiels très bien

This location is probably the best I’ve been to in LA. The staff immediately asked if I needed help in multiple aisles, guy at the register was super nice, place was clean and tools where they should be, and the prices are right! Stoked to have this place down the street from my house, I’ll be back!

Made another return regular harbor freight customer and this time made me wait and ask for my ID with receipt in hand? The manager help solve this issue the female cashier made this a awkward return.

This place has all the good looking girls with the best service. A female with Gucci glasses I think her name was Barbra forgot her name was so nice she helped me with a generator and got me to purchase a membership and oil. A very good sales person thank you harbor freight for giving great employees. Gracias

Customer services was good but the spray cans were GOD awful I went back and forth 3 times because they were all duds. DONT BY PAINT HERE smh

I Dealt with my required returns one of which was because of bad information by their staff at another location, the fact they bumped me for a restocking fee on This one is outrageous, and will result In my never signing up again for their Members club. Added to this they ask me each time I shop Do I wish to join the club? Look if that does not show up like a house on fire on their computer screen what he'll is the point, it's a con if you ask me.

If I'm incorrect Harbor Freight somebody at corporate reach out to me this needs to be fixed ? situation.

I'm patiently waiting to see what happens next.

I went into the store thinking I'd just make a quick pick up, but to my surprise, I ended up grabbing an item that required additional parts sold separately. The cashier, who happened to be the store manager, kindly pointed this out to me. I'm really grateful for his thoughtful actions because they saved me both time and money. It goes to show how even a small act can make a big impact! Overall, I had a great experience with excellent selections and wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend this store 100%.
