I went to a private event this evening and I had the time of my life trying everything and everything Glossier offers! Mia was amazing, she knew everything there was to know about every product and was very helpful! I enjoyed my time at the event and was grateful to have such a wonderful person such as Mia to help me navigate my way around the products. I will definitely be back!

I mistakenly placed an order for pickup at the SoHo location, forgetting there was more than one physical store, and went to pick it up at this Williamsburg storefront. I was directed to the pickup window and asked Marlowe for my order. They kindly informed me the order was actually at the other store and on the off chance I asked if there was any way to exchange the order since the item I bought was on sale when I made the purchase, but not on sale anymore the day of pickup. They called over the person who had helped me at the front door—I wish I had a name; on the short side, long curly brown hair, glasses, cherubic face—and between the two of them they found a way to make sure I still got the product I wanted without having to change prices or travel to SoHo. All in such a short amount of time that I didn’t go over my 20 minute break from work which is already a 6 minute walk away! That’s the kind of customer service that sticks with you. I’m glad Glossier has held onto that.

The store is beautiful! Nice corner location in Williamsburg. Service from Sam was super lovely and she helped me out with all my questions. Went away with a heavy bag of glossier goodies, a lighter wallet and big smile ?

The store is aesthetically beautiful but the girls who work there are very choosey with who they speak to and help. Its my third time there and all three times I have noticed the same thing. The greeter with green eyes greeted only who she wanted to. Only one girl with curly short brown hair helped me and was genuine. Very weird energy.

I have been to the Glossier in SOHO and by far this is my favorite location. Obviously, this location is a lot smaller but way less crowded which gives you a more attentive experience.

Marie was the absolute best. It was my actual birthday and made sure to make me feel extra special.

I will definitely recommend this location!

I have been a fan since day one but only shopped online, i went into this store while i was visiting NYC and was blown away by how amazing my experience was with Sam. She is super friendly and knowledgable and she makes me so comfortable. I will recommend my friends to go visit her!
