Toujours un plaisir d'être aux Etats Unis et de manger des donut's le personnel est génial souriant et prend le temps de nous expliquer les produits.
En ce qui concerne les produits, c'est délicieux et en prenant une boîte de donut's ça nous permet de manger sur place ainsi que de partir avec sa boîte si l'on a pas terminé notre repas.

I got the S’mores donut and the S’mores oatmeal latte. The latte was good, but I was so disappointed with the donut. It didn’t look anything like what was offered or described in the description — just a chocolate donut with two chocolate pieces smeared with granola. The picture I saw that made me come to get the donuts showed chocolate pieces all over it. Moreover, the donut didn’t taste like a S’more it didn’t excite my taste buds.

Most honest review ever. So I normally, I do not go to donut or coffee shops, because I tend to find myself honestly disappointed not necessarily from Customer Service. Often from the lack quality and freshness of the donuts or other pastries and beverages.

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday morning on June 29, 2023 after I placed my order on the mobile app at 8:40 AM and picked my food up at 9 AM.

The quality of the dough of the each pastry was borderline old and dry.

The three donuts that you see in the pictures were all a 4/10 rating. The filling of each all were cold and unpleasant.

The hash browns tasted freezer burnt and fried then sat out for 15-20 minutes then popped in a oven for 2 minutes. They were AWFUL 1/10 rating.

The croissant turkey sandwich was definitely a 3/10. The only thing that was decent was the Turkey meat and the cheese smh. The croissant itself was not fresh, nor was it soft.

Lastly, my cold coffee beverage the Caramel latte with oat milk instead of whole milk and charge me an additional one dollar lol the only reason I would not give this a bad rating is because I had to go to the actual grocery store and buy some Truvia sugar because the employee didn’t ask me if I wanted any sugar or creamer or whatever. I expected them to automatically put it in the bag but they did not, but with the sugar that I added to the drink, definitely give it a 6.89/10 rating.

Does this place potential to be great…? Honestly I don’t know but I don’t I’ll ever be purchasing pastries, but I may get a drink or two and that’s about it overall total experience just based off of the food I bought and wasted money for 4/10 and honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎🏾👎🏾

I have always felt like Dunkin was a super inconsistent place when it came to their drinks but this Dunkin is top tier.
I go nearly every day and typically order the same thing. Without fail my drink always tastes perfect.
The employees are so sweet at the drive through or when you go inside and they are super fast so even if you’re stuck in the drive thru you’ll be out super quick!

10/10 would recommend.:)

Don’t order their chai tea latte here. It taste like 90% milk, and I even asked for more pumps of syrup and still just tasted like milk. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s and coffee shops and it has never tasted like that. Chai tea is one of the easiest drink you can make literally just 2 things chai syrup and milk, and this location still can’t get it right. i can’t even imagine what the coffee taste like.

I was verbally attacked by the employee big rob I was told that they can’t serve me that they wouldn’t serve my kind (black or heterosexual) While I was Uber eating On August 26, 2024 At 7:30 in the morning to 8:30 in the morning it’s all on video Discrimination They called the police try to give me arrested. Wouldn’t give me my order a gentleman fake like he was a cop. The real police came and they told me that I was right. File charges against the gentleman who Impersonated a civil servant And yet Dunkin has not done anything about their employees

This is my favorite Dunkin’ & the only one I prefer to go to! I usually stop by after I drop my kid off at school or before pick up. The staff is always so nice & they always make my drinks the same and it’s so good everytime!
