Update 08/26/24:Clinic still doesn't answer their phone. I'm still waiting for the authorization form and my blood test results. I was told Friday, 08/23/24 that the doctor was going to call me back with the blood results and he never did. The front desk is a mess. Very incompetent front desk staff. I had to call 35 times for them to pick up the phone.

Don't offer appointments. The front desk girls look like they are always in a bad mood. The doctor was okay. I've been to other clinics and the first thing they ask/request is for me to get blood test, a pap smear...just the regular things. I had to request for all of this to be done. I personally think this is not normal. Authorizations were hard to get since the front desk girls never answered the phone, put me on hold for a LONG time, or hang up on me. They did eventually send me the authorization only because I kept calling. Clinic looks unsanitary overall.

THIS THE WORST CLINIC. Got here at 11:00 am,
front desk staff is so rude and doesn’t explain anything. We waited until 4 pm which is almost closing time even though they helped other people who got there after us. IF I could I would give zero stars. If you value your time, don’t waste it coming to this clinic.

A staff told me it's going to be an hour wait but than it magically became 4 hours wait. No reservation service. Went inside the exam room waited in there another 30 minutes until I see the doctor. I asked the doctor to send my prescription to Amazon pharmacy and he said he couldn't find it on his system and he gave me physical prescription. I went to CVS next they and they told me he already sent it to Amazon and they cannot give me medication with my insurance. I called Amazon and they told me they didn't receive anything. Now I don't even have my prescription paper I need to find another doctor to visit. Wasted half the daytime and money. No reservation and no efficiency. Not recommand at all.

I totally recommend Dr. Nguyen. I’ve been coming here for the longest, ever since his father was running the clinic as a doctor as well. He will definitely recommend the proper medicine and great medicine by the way. The consultation fee is so affordable. Great service, great doctor. 5 Star

Yo tengo poco tiempo llendo con el doctor Thang y fui por que mi novio tiene micho tiempo siendo paciente de el. Me gustó su servicio es simple y directo. En mi caso no tengo cobertura medica y pago efectivo por los servicios. El doctor tiene precios muy accesibles y no hay cargos escondidos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
