I was on the HUNT for years looking for a good GI doctor who would actually listen to my concerns instead of writing things off due to my very young age. Dr. Abrol is very knowledgeable and very confident in his field! He is very friendly and comfortable/compassionate to speak with. He recommended the perfect plan for me and has worked for my GI tract ever since! He changed my life for the better and i cannot thank him more!

Do not get your gastroenterologist care here. This office is very unorganized. They let you schedule appointments on Mychart and then they call you the day before your appointment to tell you that time is not available. They also don’t notify you until 2 days before your appointment that your referral expired A WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF AGO!! You can’t even see your colonoscopy or endoscopy reports on Mychart. It seems as though you have to schedule a follow up appointment just for the results. Will never step foot back in this place.

I have been a patient for many years. Very disappointed they don't answer the phone. When calling an automated message tells you to text, which I did four different times, still no response. After over a month I was finally able to speak with an employee. But it was only because I called the doctors line. She stated that they have been very busy. Like my time isn't valuable. She transferred me and I was able to book an appointment. The day before my appointment the doctors office called and told me the doctor was taking a month off and I needed to reschedule my appointment which they told me would be a consultation. I asked what date and she told me the quickest would be a month and a half to see him. I called another doctor an they scheduled the consultation and actually preformed the procedure quicker than just doing a consultation with Dr. Abrol. The not answering and not replying to texts messages left by existing patients is unacceptable. There are other doctors office that have better customer service skills and are willing to help.

The doctor is great! Kind, efficient and very patient. The STAFF especially the MEDICAL ASSISTANT’S are nightmares! They scream at you, expect you to find your own surgeon! Yes, i called and explained my insurance is out of network for the surgeon you sent me. She said you need to call your insurance carrier and ask them what surgeon you can go to. Isn’t that YOUR job? Before you call me you should know what and who is available with my carrier? I’m retired and 4 times they have made mistakes with hospitals, schedules and appointments, that I’ve had to correct. Each time I wasted the entire day with corrections. I can’t imagine if I was employed had took time off from work and had to reschedule an appointment. This office is a time waster! They make you do all their work. The staff does not embrace the character of the doctor. His staff is a nightmare. I’veI called and left a message everyday for a week and nobody called me back. I’ve complained to the Office Manager but nothing has happened.. NEVER NEVER NEVER go to this office. Book with his counter partners Dr. Chacko much better and efficient staff. They actually do their job with grace.

The BEST doctor ever! Dr. Abrol has excellent bedside manner, positive, upbeat, professional and he is an expert GI. He actually saved my life from what started out minor but due to him discovering a problem quickly he was able to resolve and remove it. This was as a result from a previous surgery l had two years ago by a different doctor. I’m so thankful for him and his expertise. I work at a hospital and am very selective about doctors so you can trust and believe that this MD would be a good fit for you! Making an appointment is easy and all of the office staff are nice too.

I was referred by my PCP to see Dr. Abrol and I have been trying to schedule an appointment and no one answers the phone. I leave messages and no one calls me back. This is not a good sign for a new potential patient.

I was completely disappointed with the service. My mom scheduled an appointment and made sure the front office had her insurance card. She was told the office took her insurance, so she decided to schedule. She took off of work, went up to her appointment, walks in, and then discovers her insurance isn't taken. Working in the medical field, I know this is the job of the front office to know which insurances are accepted and to reach out to verify that if needed. Someone at this office isn't doing their job correctly and it's definitely showing. We won't be back.
