THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!! I’ve been calling and calling and nothing so I went in person to make an appointment and while I was there waiting in line to be helped I called the office to make sure phones were working. There was 3 girls at the front desk 1 helping patients and the other 2 girls just sitting down talking to each other didn’t bother picking up.

I went to this doctor back in 2018-2019 and it was the worst experience I ever had. So much that to this day I still think about it. I went because I had an abnormal Pap smear. My general doctor recommended this clinic and I had a terrible experience. A male Asian doctor that I don’t remember the name of saw me. But before I saw him I waited in this weird room that seemed like a storage room. It had lots of furniture and it was strange. This is in addition to waiting in the lobby to be seen. Later he and a medical assistant came and took me to the actual room where he would observe me. Well when he started observing me the shaming, and chastising started. I won’t go into detail but it was super uncomfortable and rude. Then without my consent had the medical assistant who was not a doctor or resident look inside me as if she was a student he was teaching. I think she could tell I was super uncomfortable and didn’t like it so she tried to tell him it was okay she didn’t want to look. But he insisted so she did. I also didn’t like his suggested next steps for my diagnosis. They seemed drastic. So I went to a female doctor further north and it was night and day. She became my obgyn and my experience was the best. In retrospect I should have advocated for myself. However I was super young and scared about my diagnosis. I’ve never had doctors treat me this way so I didn’t know how to handle it.

Me sorprende leer malos comentarios estoy a punto de aliviarme y es mi tercer embarazo que me pongo en control con esta clinica del Dr nicolas xidas nunca e tenido ni una queja ni por parte de las enfermeras y del personal de enfrente no espero que me sonrian solo que hagan bien su trabajo lo más que e esperado en la clínica an sido 1 hora y media máximo 2 pero es cuando esta llena este lunes 28 de octubre tuve cita y a la hora ya estaba saliendo el Dr nicolas reconozco que no es simpático ni te regala una sonrisa pero es buen doctor que es lo que realmente importa que haga bien su trabajo el me a atendido en el parte de mis 2 hijos en el hospital y todo bien espero que también lo haga ahora que me alivie de mi parte no hay ninguna queja

I lost my baby under his care when everything could of been prevented by sending me to a specialist 😩🥹 Not to mention I was in surgery from 12 - 6pm he performed surgery and was very careless I lost lots of blood and I also still suffer severe pain a month later . This was the worst experience of my life . Then there communication is horrible.

When I tell you I love doctor Xydas and his entire staff it's unbelievable. I had each one of my kids with this amazing doctor. 2012, 2014 & 2021 and each time the experience have been great. If I ever planned to have another child in the future (late 30's close to my early 40's) I would most certainly return. Each time I had a natural birth and the experience got better in time. The entire staff is heaven sent. I remember one day I was so emotional because I received some bad news and the nurse prayed over me. I was only 21 at the time. I mean she prayed like a mother and I will never forget that. She prayed over me and my body as if we was in church. When I tell you this office is God sent. Please come and give the staff a chance. Also, what I love most about the experience is that you can choose any doctor you feel comfortable with. The office is very diverse, friendly, spiritual and knowledgeable. To make you feel even more comfortable, you can ask as many questions as you would like and I promise you, you will feel like you speaking to your parents. Also, when I had my first baby I was 19 years old and I cried because I felt bad and Dr. Xydas told me do not tie your tubs. I can honestly say that was the best advice he could give me being young at the time. I had my 3rd child in 2021, and I can honestly say the experiences was one of the best experience I have ever had. In fact, I was sad after I had my baby because, I did not want to stop coming to the office. Thank you guys so much for having me as a patient. I love the entire staff whole heartily!

My favorite experience was with Dr. Thompson he was incredible. I went into labor after I went to dinner. My water broke at home so my husband and I rushed to the emergency room. When I laid eyes on Dr. Thompson I felt I was safe and in college all over again. He was incredible and made me feel like I was in a comedy club. Dr. Thompson made my birth super fun and memorable. I did my last appointment with Dr. Thompson and I can honestly say I was grateful and pleased that he delivered my son.

The doctors that delivered my babies were Dr. Kelly 2012, Dr. Ross 2014 & Dr. Thompson 2021.

i feel like the job gets done and right the 1st time. Dr doesn't beat around the bush, will tell you steps that you will need to take. Staff was always friendly, especially for a place where there are kids who get impatient and the families looking after mommy that is due. i have 1 daughter with them and another one on the way, and still using Dr Xydas. everything went fine the 1st time and expect the same 2nd time around.

Basado en mi esperienza es la mejor clínica ha la k he asistido, hace 4 años me atendí con mi primer embarazo y hace un mes di a luz a mi 2da niña y a pesar de vivor casi a una hora de camino no dudé en visitar la misma clínica excelente atención tanto en la clínica como en el hospital las enfermeras sin un amor y el doctor es el mejor le doy un 10/10 se lo recomiendo al 100%
