Trying to figure out what is going on with your body is stressful enough!! I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor. I had my first appointment and paid almost 300 dollars out of pocket just for the doctor to tell me exactly what my primary doctor said to me before they referred me to him… I got labs done in their office (trough quest) even though I wanted to go to my preferred quest lab the doctor was adamant about me getting my lab work done there. (Makes no sense because it still going trough quest) The phlebotomist there had a hard time getting my blood for the set of test he asked for. Dr also wanted me to go to a memorial Herman outpatient lab. I spoke to shayla before leaving and was given the lab order for memorial Herman, no address or any sort of instructions of where to go. Went to memorial Herman lab and is a quest lab. That lab wasn’t the correct lab. I tried calling his receptionist several times. I kept trying the extension number his receptionist gave me but she never answer the phone. I had to leave work to go to their office to try and figure it out. You would think since they order those often they would know where to send us to. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby for them to figure it out. Was lucky to get helped by Tiffany and the receptionist in the lobby. They are very helpful. Thank you ladies for your help yesterday!! I am now waiting for my appointment on Friday. I hope yall can do better and understand that we are already stressed trying to figure everything out! A little more compassion would be appreciated!!!!
