This building closed down.
Did not give any warning to any patients; had my mother standing outside, looking at a sign, claiming that they had moved to another building. She literally just got a call yesterday confirming her appointment at that location. She was in tears because of this; the nurse who is inside getting paperwork just pointed to the sign rudely and said you have to call this number or go to one of these offices instead. Which are literally over 20 to 30 minutes away from where we are currently. No explanations given no reason as to why they have a lock box on their front door. Just told to go somewhere else last minute. This is completely unprofessional. I cannot believe this is the way that this is the way you treat your patients at this location. I am happy that it is closed. Prior to this, the doctor had been ignoring phone calls from my mother, with attempts to make appointments because he gave her a medication which caused her high blood pressure to get worse.

Terrible front desk. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful in trying to book a new appointment. Will take my business elsewhere. Highly suggest a new receptionist.

from the doctor to the billings and front desk is the worst. , long story short, they say they will get back with me and it takes 3 months and still an on going issue with no results, I am now responsible for the 1,072.88 dollars bills. . If i can give negative stars I will. If you see any 4 or 5 stars, then it is fake reviews.
Mainly, don't ever listen to what he doctor says because he will forget what he told you. I recommend you get a voice recorder and record him because he promises something and turn around and say he didn't say that. Don't waste your money with this place.

I wished I had read the reviews of recent people giving him 1 star, or -minus stars if they could. This doctor was arrogant, careless, not bothered to listen to my problem and just charged a lot of money. I never thought of writing a review, much less a negative, but I must write this to warn others. It turns out another user, Mr. Phong Nguyen below already wrote a review that said everything I wanted. I wished I had seen that.

The only good part about my experience here was making the appointment. I arrived to my appointment time and there was no one to greet me at the front reception area but uet i can hear laughter and goofing around in the back. I sat there about 20 minutes and still no one open the window to se if anyone needed help. I walked up to the window after 30 minutes or so and asked if i can be helped and i was greeted with "did you sign in" by one of the hispanic girl. Whats the point of having a sign in list if you are not going to use it. No smiles on their faces what so ever. As if i was there asking for free exams. Specially the asian gal that was there which turns out to be the doctor's sister. I will never go to this dr and his practice again.

Not recommended. I helped a family member who went there because her PCP was about to retire. It was a big disappointment. My family member chose not to come back. This review is done at her request.
