My experience at this office was extremely unsettling. In addition to Dr Smith being unfamiliar with my medical history despite multiple visits and the provision of complete records, my dignity, time, and comfort were completely disregarded. Dr Smith’s lack of compassion and his unprofessionalism were staggering, and the level of care I received was substandard to say the least.

Love Dr. Christopher P. Smith and his staff. About 25 years ago I began having chronic pelvic pain. Going to a number of doctors only to find that I have a condition called “interstitial cystitis of the bladder”. I went several urologist trying to get help. Had a number of treatments and medications, none of which helped very much, especially as things went on. Finally, I landed in Dr. Smiths’ office. He has helped me more than anyone and in a fairly short amount of time. I’m so glad that another doc had referred me to him. I’m finally getting the care I’ve needed for so long. I’ve also been treated with the dignity and compassion that I DID NOT receive at any of the other doctors that I went to before. That’s one reason I was looking for a new urologist in the first place. The tests that they do in urology can be so humiliating in the first place, then some of these people, so called “medical professionals”, would joke and laugh about you right in front of you while you’re taking the test. Sometimes I wasn’t even covered, at all. I’m already in severe pain and embarrassed and now I’m being humiliated by the very people I’m trusting and praying will be able to help me! I’ve never been so humiliated before in my life!!
I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Dr. Smith in the two or three years I’ve been seeing him. Not from him or his staff at all. He’s the best urologist I’ve been to in 25 years!!!
