Front desk is horrible. They don’t answer the call the last 30 minutes of their shift. I have never dealt with such bad services will keep telling people to leave bad reviews about this place.

Dr. Desai is awesome. He cares about his patients, you're just not a chart number/prescription number. He listens and finds out what works best each individual person. I've seen a few psychologist, but none have shown me the care and respect that Dr. Desai has.

I received a list of mental health doctors that accept my insurance from my insurance provider. I booked an appointment with David Desai a month out and provided my insurance information upon scheduling. On the day of my appointment, he called me and stated that his office needed my insurance information again and that he would call me back in 15-20 minutes. I provided my information and waited 45 minutes to call and check to see what was going on. I was told that they would contact the doctor and he would get back to me. I called again 30 minutes after that and was told that he left his office for the day and they could put me on a list for the following morning. I had someone come to my house to watch my children in order to be able to take this appointment and waited over an hour and a half after my appointment time to be told, “sorry, he went home.” Then, to make matters worse, someone from his office called me later to say that they “looked online” and my insurance doesn’t cover mental health. I am absolutely appalled. Never in my life have I been stood up on a doctors appointment. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. The level of disorganization and lack of communication amongst the employees is astonishing as well.

Dr. Descai stabilized my mental heath issues, which I battled for 55 years. Once that done he is month to month refill for money only. Will not give 90 days because he does not capitalize. Every 30 days 30 second call. Since Dec. Almost 4 months, I block him. He calls endlessly. Like a stalker. Very spooky. My insurance does not cover him anymore.

Dr. Desai is truly an amazing psychiatrist and honestly cares about the well being of his patients. He always knows the right questions to ask and is also great listener. He’s not a physician that simply increases your dosage each visit, he customizes your health plan and finds the perfect alternative or solution for you.

If I could give his man 0 or negative stars I would. My husband has been suffering with mental problems for several years now but was recently diagnosed. This doctor not only DID NOT listen but was accusing my husband of lying after just 2 minutes in his office. His patients are only with him about 5 minutes at the most. He clearly only cares about money not his patients. If you are looking for someone who truly cares and wants to help DONT GO WITH THIS GUY UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT A REFILL. Judging by my own experience and the reviews here, he's not only unprofessional but HEARTLESS, DONT know how he still has a license.

I think this doctor is a very good doctor. I think because of all this virus miscommunication and because of the place that he worked at. Inland psychiatric, was a horrible place it was a horrible time for everyone. We're not perfect yes doctors do make mistakes as well that's why they're practicing give him a chance I'm glad that he has his own office and that he can do it in his own right now let's see how he does. Can't wait to see you in person again dr. Desai!
