The Cweren Law firm breached my lease ordering me not to go near the community office which is adjacent to both the community mailboxes as well as a central elevator for the property in which I resided at the time. The Cweren Law Firm also engaged in gaslighting, attempting to get me kicked out of my apartment, by providing documentation of false claims made against me, alleging breach of contract; they also sent notice of alleged delinquencies and did not provide a monetary figure. This notice from the Cweren Law firm said that if I did not dispute the unstated debt within 30 days then their claim would be valid.

If you were to look on their website, links to 2 people under their “our team” link provides no information (last I checked). Also, a third person named as part of their team discloses no information about how long the person has been employed with this firm and when they were hired.

Also, I don’t know who drafted a “30 day notice to vacate/delinquency notice,” directed at me, but it appears to be written by someone who displays pathological narcissism. Also, this law firm appears to be/have been actively engaged in collusion with narcissistic abusers—their conduct has been unethical, in the least, if not also unlawful. I contacted the Bryan Police Department to file a complaint regarding harassment perpetrated against me by Scott Fournier of this law firm.

I think this firm is amazing! They've represented me in court and are incredibly professional! The yearly educational expo is the best I've been to (including Texas Apartment Association Education Conference which I've repeatedly attended including every non-overlapping lecture possible)! The freely available information is absolutely outstanding! They've also provided numerous other services & I've been personally thrilled every single time without exception! I'm seriously considering joining the yearly / monthly subscription plan & expect that I would derive incredible value far, far beyond the meager investment for it!!!

I agree with the horrible reviews on this page. I asked an hourly rate question, and the woman that answered the phone acted like that information is kept at Ft. Knox, and her attitude was so horrible I said to her that I don't even know how he gets any business with her as his "gatekeeper." And I said I used to work for lawyers in Washington, DC, and ALL of them had an hourly rate that was even an average! I said to her "I don't know how he even gets any new business with you answering his phone!"

This is advertised an attorney but the fact is that they only take cases from landlords. The people that answer the phone are extremely rude I normally don’t write reviews on here but there’s no need to be rude to people when they’re calling for help.
