What a great experience I had today at Clean Spot. I needed to refinish my dull, scuffed, and beat up VCT garage floor. Scott was very unprofessional. I needed the handicap parking stall on the west side of the building. Another vehicle was parked in the handicap stall with no placard. I went into the store to buy garbage bags. I asked Scott if that was an employee vehicle parked in the handicap stall. He told me it was and they use that side of the building for employee parking. I told him that I have a handicap placard and needed the parking spot. Instead of being professional and saying to me that employees should not be parking in that spot and take care of the situation. Scott dug in and did everything he could do to defend his employee. Clearly he did not have a leg to stand on because his employee was parked illegally. Could have done better… unprofessional!

I went out of my way to give them my biz because they were super helpful last time l came here. Fully ignored today by the lady at the counter. Only customer in the building. Damn. Made me feel rotten. Oh well.

I have a second hand chair that has “S” rated fabric. I tried to get it cleaned by professionals but they wanted more than what I paid for it. I went to Clean Spot and spoke to Rob and Scott who were more than helpful! I was looking for a product which cost less than $10. I purchased that, but they suggested another product that they gave me as a small sample. I tried it the way they suggested and it worked remarkably well. I had quotes anywhere from $150-$250 to clean and even considered recovering it. Now I feel I basically cleaned this chair for free as I will use the product I bought. I can’t say enough about how helpful Rob and Scott were as well as the knowledge they provided. Spectacular service!

Scott, Faith,Rob, and all of the employees I’ve dealt with are always on point and are very knowledgeable. Clean Spot have carried me through out the years LITERALLY and it’s my mission to repay them in kind. The altruism and benevolence they have shown towards me warms the cockles of my heart. I even named my pet monkey Scott as a homage and tribute to the hardest working man in show business. Yes, he curls but I do not judge. CleanSpot is where everyone should go for consumables, equipment and advice for anything regarding cleaning. V
