I recently visited Chatters Hair Salon in Spruce Grove and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The haircut turned out fantastic, and I couldn't be happier! The salon itself is stylish and clean, adding to the overall positive vibe. The Front desk ladies are very friendly & professional! I’ve honestly never had a better salon experience in my life! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and completely professional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I could tell they genuinely care about each client’s needs. My stylist took the time to really listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions, but never pressured me into anything. Every step of the service was executed with such precision and care — you could tell they truly value their craft.

I am so happy that I found this Chatters and that I found Sierra! I’ve been to many hair salons and stylists, but something always felt wrong with the cut or the colour and I walked out feeling like I wasn’t myself. Sierra truly listens to me, and communicates with me about what I want. She holds herself to an incredible work ethic, and will double, triple and quadruple check that everything is done the way the client wants. She’s the first hairstylist I’ve ever met who I can say “Surprise me” when I am in the chair, and she delivers better than I could have imagined! It’s a deeply relieving and joyful experience to look in the mirror and feel like you look like you always felt you should! So happy!

I have been seeing Julia for years, and she never fails to exceed my expectations. She is incredible at what she does. She has also done cuts for my daughter (3) and not only was she incredibly kind and patient, she made sure my daughter was comfortable and felt heard (while still verifying I was okay with what my child was requesting). Now my daughter begs to go back to get her hair done with Julia “like a big girl”. Amazing person and stylist, I could not recommend her enough.

I have been seeing Emily for years. She also cuts (and colours) my kids and husbands hair as well. She is friendly and knowledgeable and always a pleasure. We leave happy after every appointment. I find the pricing fair and comparable to other salons (if not cheaper). They also have a huge product selection. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

I needed a very elaborate hairstyle done for a contest and Sierra G not only agreed to take on this crazy request but absolutely nailed it! She really truly enjoys what she does and it shines through in her work. I’ve had cut and colour done by her before as well and she has worked with me to get the style exactly as I envisioned in my head. I have been seeing Juliana, aesthetician, for couple of years now. She is amazing at facials and pedicures. She is very detail oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced! Recently I took my 14 years old daughter for her first micro facial. Juliana was very patient and super helpful! I would definitely recommend this place!
