I purchased a used car a few months ago that had a car starter in it. Sadly, I didn’t realize until a few months of owning this vehicle that the car starter didn’t work. Totally my fault for not testing it.

I called Certified and they said to bring it in. They could probably fix it right in the parking lot. Sure enough. It didn’t take two minutes to fix it. They just needed to re-pair the fobs. Excellent work. On top of it, there was no charge.

I went to Certified Radio to purchase a battery for my remote starter. Corey Vanderkoop came right out to my car and got my starter working. I didn’t even end up needing batteries and he didn’t charge me anything for the service. I will definitely be back and I will refer others to the shop as well. Great service!

Had a starter put in my truck today. The whole team was very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve searched around to many places to have this work done and there’s a reason these guys always come up as the favourite (even when asking for peoples’ recommendations). I want to offer a big thank you to Joe! He was patient and pleasant and ultimately did figure out my remote starter. In the end, when I asked how much I owed he said that if he can fix it out in the parking lot there’s no charge. I’m very impressed. I’ll be looking to upgrade my car stereo in the new year and the first guy l will talk to about it is Joe.

Joe was so nice and figured out my remote starter situation. Apparently my system was so old so they discontinued it but he ended up finding an old display fob that worked and he gave it to me free of charge! 10/10 would recommend!

Really dissapointed after reading the many positive reviews.

Sent an email and got a call back about talking options for head units.

Called back twice and asked for the salesmen and was told both times “hes off today he will call you tomorrow”

Finally got a hold of him and we priced out options. I wanted these emailed to me so i can compare and choose.

It has been 10 days and no email or call back.

I guess they dont want my business.
