Fantastic to work with! We had so many questions at times we felt a little overwhelming but Spencer answered all of them, and our questions were answered in a timely manner. Product questions, delivery, installation, all handled in less than 24 hours and in great detail. We were also offered products that would add to the enjoyment of our roof rack. The prices are also comparable and often meet or beat competitors plus they're local, with a shop in the greater Vancouver area makes it easier than some other dealers to purchase from. They also had products to view on site that made our purchase easier.

Brigade works hard to support their customers. They will consolidate orders to make the shipment less expensive. They stand behind the products they sell. I had an annex room that was shipped with the wrong measurements and Spencer made all of the arrangements for a replacement direct from the factory and took care of all of the paperwork and duties for shipping this way. He was very helpful in getting replacement taller brackets when I changed my mind about the height I needed on my rooftop tent. Brigade has been working with me for over a year as I have been piecing together my camp vehicle amid the delays in shipping and production associated with the pandemic.
