Dishonest! I brought my Miele vacuum in for a warranty repair. Advantage vacuum told me I was to blame, the issue would not be covered under warranty. I asked for the return of my vacuum to which I was told, it is in 100 pieces. They tried to sell me a new vacuum. I insisted on collecting my vacuum. When I picked it up, they happily told me that they had already contacted Miele to advise them that the issue was my fault and there was to be no warranty repair. Guess what? I was able to contact Miele and Miele arranged for my vacuum to be repaired free of charge under warranty. Miele was aware of the defect in their vaccuum that led to the issue and stated that they had processed many claims for the same issue. It is a design flaw in the unit. I can only assume that all advantage wanted to do was sell me a new vacuum because warranty repairs are not profitable enough for them! Go somewhere else, they are only interested in maximum profit.

I thought my vacuum head was broken and brought my Miele in after reading all the wonderful reviews. Paul tested the vacuum head, no issue. Apparently, I just forgot to plug one one of the cords in after the last vacuum bag change.

We chatted briefly about the various brands and I am glad I invested in a Miele. I picked up more vacuum bags to support this business as I am truly thankful for his help. If you are nervous about bringing in your vacuum cleaner for service, don't be. This place is solid and professional. They know their stuff.

We called Advantage with a competitor's ad to replace our central vacuum which they gladly matched it and installed a great Beam unit the very next day. Great price, amazing service and they were in and out of our house in less than an hour.
We're really happy with our purchase and the amazing value Advantage provided us.

Great Service and professional knowledge staff- we were looking to replace the powerhead of our central vacuum system as it felt sluggish. Called the original company who installed this (Orca?) quoted $260 plus tax. Advantage carried replacement unit ranging from $100-$250 but after bringing our unit in, within seconds, the guy identified the issued being the belt, changed the belt for us ($20) and everything is working again!! Highly recommend if you need any replacement vacuum unit or parts!

I had a motor replaced on our home unit. The price was very fair. A few months later a gasket failed and I brought it back and they replaced it free of charge. Amazing customer service ! I really do appreciate them !

My Meile upright needed repairs so took it to a shop in Richmond. They said would be hours of repairs and advised to buy a new vacuum because this would be too expensive to repair. ADVANTAGE was able to repair on the same day I took it in and the cost was $125. The young man that helped me was very knowleable and because I did not live in the community worked on it while I waited. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest service orinated company.

This staff was friendly and approached my issue with a positive approach. Even though they did not have parts for my Vacuum cleaner they managed to mix-n-match some other parts and made it work. Overall I felt very good with the experience.
