We visited the Herschel Supply store in Gastown on December 27th around noon. Unfortunately, one of the male shop assistants repeatedly informed us that the sizes we inquired about were "not available" without making any effort to check. Thankfully, another shop assistant was more helpful and took the time to search for the size we needed.

It would be a shame for such a reputable brand to overlook proper staff training or monitoring, as it impacts the overall customer experience.

Beware of a girl named NEEVA or something similar. I went in to exchange a gift, she didn't listen to a word I said, and refunded the purchase to the original card. I told her I wanted to do an EXCHANGE. Unfortunately the person who gifted it to me recently passed away. The manager proceeded to tell me she couldn't do anything for me. I had called ahead of time and explained my situation, and they confirmed they had what I wanted to exchange the jacket for. This manager confirmed it was her I had spoken to on the phone. Simply to exchange it to another size. So I left with nothing. The last present my loved one bought for me, just gone. I cannot believe the treatment I received. I am still in mourning and now will be soaked in the rain as well. Unbelievable. I am in shock. Worst customer service I have ever received, and I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and have been a loyal customer to herschel since I was 14 years old. Buyer beware. 😤🤕😵‍💫

Herschel Supply Co. is a great place to get bags. The quality is good, the decorations are nice, and currently they are doing a collaboration with The Simpsons. The staff is helpful and friendly.

AMAZING STAFF.
My partner bought me a beautiful bucket hat that didn’t fit me and he lost the ticket, I went to this location and the staff helped me find the purchase from another store system and did everything so they could change me the size and they did! I’m so happy with the attention and with my purchases. I have many other things from the brand and they last A LOT, very good quality.
