I wanted to share my recent experience with T&T I was surprised to find that some of the food products I purchased were expired—some by over eight months. This raises concerns about product quality and inventory management. I strongly encourage the store to implement more stringent checks to ensure that expired items are not available for sale. They had so many products here for such nice prices. The food was well made, and the sushi is so good for how much there is as well. The store is clean and well organized.

I just went with my daughter to buy meat and then I went to the buffet and selected rice and sweet meat, I paid and then we left and I ate a small piece of sweet meat and it was only 10 minutes and I couldn't stop vomiting. My daughter came back and told them that it was in bad condition, why are they selling this like this and what they did was return the money but I don't know if they removed the entire tray that was on the buffet, what a horrible experience.

I go to the Surrey Central Mall location. Large store. Amazing variety. Anything you are looking for in terms of grocery items I'm sure they carry it. I like the fresh sushi meals. The cashiers will give you chop sticks once you've paid. The tables in the dinning areas, however, are always filthy as staff leave it up to customers to clean up after themselves which customers never do. My word to those eating in the dinning area at Surrey TNT: wipe down your table surface with the spray bottles and paper towels provided by the staff. Don't leave your mess for someone else to clean up please. Be a good example for others to follow.

This is a Chinese grocery store with fresh veggies and fish and poultry. Their bakery items are often the best in the city. We love their fruit cakes, swirl bread and cream buns. The staff often struggles to communicate in English but if you speak slowly and clearly they will probably understand. Prices of grocery items have gone up recently with the recession.

This happened a couple hours ago. Long review ahead**
My parents went shopping inside T&T while my 7 year old son and I stayed in the car to chill. At some point we decided to go inside the store but when we tried to get out of the car, it started beeping, and it kept locking us in. I'm not familiar with my dad's car so I tried calling him and also my mom to see if they could help with the situation but maybe because its loud in the store, they didn't hear my phone calls.
At this point you're probably thinking what does T&T have to do with this Well I decided to call T&T (I made sure it's the right address and everything) and a lady answered. I told her what happened with me and my son being trapped in the car so I asked her if she could have a PA announcement or something to call my parents since I couldn't call them on the phone. She kept saying "who's calling you", it's clear she couldn't understand anything I said despite repeating my request several times. I'm not racist by any means, I used to shop in this location all the time back when we used to live in Surrey. But if someone is working in a customer service job specially on the phone, you would expect them to have decent English so they could help customers in need. The lady I talked to couldn't understand anything I said. She did give me the mall security number but luckily by the time I called them my parents got back.
They might have decent selection of Asian foods here but customer service is absolutely horrible.
