Craig has been a total game changer for me with piercings, i recommend him over anyone else in town to avoid problems. I've been sold metals that weren't what they were supposed to be and had problems as a result. He diagnosed it immediately. Since fixing those problems I have been brave enough to trust him to try new piercings that i would have said no way to before and had success. I find the salon beautiful, clean, inviting, and they offer so many great services. They really care about their clients. I took my daughter in to get her nose pierced by Craig and the experience was honestly the best!!. I have never met such a kinder and compassionate person who is also passionate about what he does. Craig is very knowledgeable and created a great atmosphere for my daughter during and after the process. He answered all of our questions and ensured she was thoroughly educated on piercing care and even reached out to me to check on how everything was going with her new piercing. I got my nostril, septum and my tounge pierced here and I TOTALLY would rather take the journey up to the hart from the bowl then go to any other piercer. Craig is super sweet and makes me feel super comfortable bc I always get super nervous with piercings and he communicates everything hes doing in a way that i can understand whats happening, but not get too anxious about it. definitely gonna get my eyebrow done here next:D
