I had a fantastic experience at Industrial Plastics & Paints, and I can't thank William enough! I needed assistance fixing the canopy glass on my truck, and William went above and beyond to help me out.

From the moment I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, I was warmly greeted by a friendly young lady, and William immediately offered his support. He patiently guided me through creating a template for the acrylic glass I needed. Even though there was still broken glass in the area, he provided me with cardboard and a plastic piece to help me make the template myself.

William's dedication and willingness to assist made a challenging situation so much easier. I truly appreciate his efforts and the excellent service I received. Thank you, William, for your outstanding support! I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for custom plastic products or supplies!

The stuff worked here was super unprofessional, when I walked into the store, I told him that I need recommendations that I didn’t know which products to use on fixing my cracked shower base. He immediately told me I should buy the expory thinner. After few YouTube and google searches, I noticed that was not the right product. Not only wasting my money but also time as well. Knowing what to buy is the key, need to do the research before you buy.

Went to buy a pre cut HDPE board and he measured 27” x 12”, overhead them saying it was 3 sqft, because they were too lazy to do the math? It came to $90 and I protested the price. Then they responded with “oh sorry it’s not actually 3 sqft but 2.5” . Still wrong, so I grabbed another off cut piece the same size that had a $40 sticker on it.

Was at the store today looking for small acrylic sheet. The staff wasn't too friendly and just pointed me to the scrap pile. When asking for prices for a new 12 x12 inch piece they said there will be labor costs to cut it, but don't mention any details of how much. They don't really spend the time or effort working with the customer to give them the proper breakdown of costs. Basically they don't engage in conversation or have a friend ly attitude. I feel discouraged going there every time especially for a hobbyist.
