Dr. Dunn delivered my first son. The 41 weeks with her were awesome. They always worked with my schedule, and she was at every appointment and didn't keep me longer than necessary. My son was born Thanksgiving day and she was there every step of the day before and days after. Once she stopped practicing in 2017, she was so kind to call me after I emailed some questions. I appreciated that she followed my pregnancy from start to finish and thereafter as these days you get a rotating Dr. I'll miss her dearly.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Dunn. I forgot to bring my insurance card but the staff was extremely helpful in assisting me. The office was very clean and the area is beautiful. I felt welcomed and my appointment only took an hour in total even though I expected to be there much longer. The staff was nice and so was the doctor. I felt comfortable talking to her about any issues I had. I scheduled another appointment for a follow up and an insertion of a new contraception method the doctor professionally recommended. She took my personal being into consideration when suggesting a new method of contraception. I couldn't be happier with my new OBGYN office and doctor.

I honestly do not know where to begin. I had to wait over two hours to seen for my first appointment where I have been told it would be 30 minutes. I asked for copies for the papers I was signing just to keep for my personal records, nope they were asking for 5$ in order to make a copy. What are you nuts! So I just took pictures of the papers myself. The young girl who was assisting me in the front had no idea what she was doing in regards to my insurance and how to properly process everything I had to tell her what to do.....such a shame. Once I saw Dr. Dunn I told her my concerns and had a few questions for her about starting to take birth control pills. Unfortunately, she took it upon herself to first ask me about 3 very general BROAD questions proceeded to leave the room, come back, and prescribe me some birth control pills, and than handed me a piece of paper, and NEVER CAME BACK without saying anything?!! I had to call one of the nurses to ask if she was coming back, which she wasn't so I demanded that she come back and answer a few concerns I had. HOW IN THE WORLD can you prescribe someone something and NOT explain anything to them such as the side effects or details of the pills? You can not possible go off of 3 broad questions you just asked me. That is very unprofessional and I told her those exact words. What happened next totally caught me off guard, she exploded at me and started yelling right in my face and WOULD NOT listen to a word I was trying to say, please keep in mind I am a very patience and respectful person. I can happily say I was the adult in this situation where I did not lose my cool, yet she acted like a unprofessional individual acting like a child and I was completely shock being in this situation with a person who identifies herself as a doctor. When I finished with the doctor the nurse had no idea what to do since she just witnessed the both of us in an altercation. She asked me would you like to set your appointment for next time? I laughed, finished my paperwork and left. I have NEVER in my entire life been treated with so much disrespect like I have going to see Ingrid Dunn. I would never wish this experience upon someone or ever recommend her office to anyone! I also had to file a complaint to my insurance because of this altercation with her.

Dr. Dunn and her staff are excellent. I had my first appt. with Dr. Dunn in Dec. 2014 and explained to her my desire to have another child. I also explained the issues with conceiving. She explain to me the pros and cons and gave me some homework to do in order to get my body ready for another child. We have been trying for over 5 years and finally I had a Dr. that believed in me. I am trilled to say that we had our baby girl in Sept. 2015. She was due in October but came early. Dr. Dunn and her staff were with me every step of the way. I felt so special when I went to her office. Jersey and Lilly took their time to ensure that each visit was special. I am forever grateful to this team of wonderful ladies. xoxoxo

It seems interesting to me that in the photo of Dr. Dunn, she is smiling...because I have seen her multiple times now and not once has she even attempted a smile or any kind of kindness for that matter. And that is just the surface level of this office.

I am in my first trimester, and as a first time mom I have had a couple of scares. When I left messages for the nurse to call me asap, due to my worries - there was absolutely NO urgency. I waited an entire day, and still no return call back so I had to call and CALL (because no one answers the phone there!) and finally the nurse responds and says "oops, I forgot"... SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially when you are in the business of taking care of pregnant women and delivering babies. I am shocked that anyone would give this woman and her practice a 5 star review.

To put it in perspective, I'd rather drive 2 hours to Jacksonville and see my OB there (who promptly answers calls and takes care of their patients!), then drive 2 minutes down the road and waste anymore time with this sad excuse for a medical practice.

Dr. Dunn is the worst doctor I have ever interacted with. I am 16 weeks pregnant and have had her office withhold test results, make numerous mistakes with paperwork, make scheduling mistakes, not answer the phone and not return messages until days later, leave non-specific messages 5 minutes before the office close, and the DOCTOR HUNG UP ON ME AND REFUSED TO ANSWER MY CALLS after I addressed these concerns with her.

She has never once apologized for or tried to rectify any of the mistakes she has made.

Her office made egregious errors in paperwork for a third party Trisomy/Gender test and authorized a blood draw with an outside company before I had filled out the correct paperwork. 4 weeks later, I have still not received my results. Additionally, earlier on in the pregnancy they mislabeled a release to have my first ultrasound for pregnancy listed as "amennorhea". Also, when I have an appointment at 3:00, I am usually not seen until 4:00.

She is truly the worst doctor I have ever had. The fact that this woman graduated from GWU and Tufts makes me concerned for the kinds of doctors our country will have in the future. Horrible.

She has always been very patient and understanding with me. Everything has always gone smoothly. I was recommended to her by my two of my cousins that come to her. She was an essential part of my cousins successful delivery of her second baby, if she would not have been alert my cousins baby would have probably not have made it. How my cousin described how she reacted to the situation before during and after is what motivated me to come and see her and I am really happy that I did!

Would give less than one star if I could. I was prescribed the wrong medication, then forced to come in for a visit and pay my $75 copay, just to talk to the doctor and have my prescription changed back the what I was supposed to be prescribed originally. Not to mention I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Lots of frustration, would not recommend. The doctor herself is friendly and personable however I felt my situation could've been handled much better.
