If I could give this man zero stars I absolutely would. Not only is he completely arrogant, but I have never been treated by someone so awful in the health profession as I have by this guy. First he claimed he was a doctor, he hung up the phone repeatedly, yelled and swore at me and then had the nerve to refuse to answer or return any calls after a major surgery when I was just looking for help. To top it all off, even other professionals that have worked with him have said he has an attitude problem...and I am sure that was them just being nice without going into more details. I am absolutely positive I was not the first nor will I be the last to have this same issue with this guy. If you cannot show any bit of compassion for people after having major surgeries, then you shouldn't even be in the field as far as I am concerned. Unfortunately, he will probably continue on treating any patients in contact with him like a piece of meat and never be fully reprimanded in the appropriate way.

I will say that I love the Orlando Neurosurgery physicians, you know, the ones with actual medical degrees, but I will never allow myself to be cared for by such an insensitive and arrogant jerk.
