Absolutely the worst experience. Refused to listen to anything I was saying and kept telling me I wasn’t feeding my child. He lost less then a pound in 3 weeks after he stopped formula. Instead of listening to me try to explain that I could not get him to eat food she just kept telling me instead of letting him eat the things he wanted I needed to give him food with real nutrients. I tried 3 times to tell her that I make him eggs, pancakes and other foods three times a day and he either gags or spits it out. Instead she showed me his growth chart and said that if he keeps losing weight she will have to report me to CPS for neglect because I am not feeding him. She did not answer any of my questions which included my concern that he was lactose intolerant. Do not bring your child here

At first I didn't know what to expect from Dr. Rupley because she was very professional (concise, direct), but only until recently I realized why. She cares about her job and about her patients so much that she wants to get right down to the point. As a first time parent with a daughter who has special needs (developmentally delayed, hypertonic muscle tone, intercranial brain bleed), I didn't know what all to expect from her situation. A couple of months ago, my husband and I started noticing our daughters eyes turning in. We made an appointment and saw Dr. Rupley. I thought that this would be like any other physician I saw at Lonestar Family Health Clinic (my daughters former clinic), where they would tell me I was overreacting, but she listened to me and took into account everything I told her. She studied her, gave her a check up, and taking our observations and worries into mind, she decided to be proactive and referred my daughter to an Opthomolagist. This is where my gratitude comes in. The Opthomologist concluded that in fact my daughter was cross-eyed and that one of her eyes was actually giving out. If we had not came in for the eye surgery to fix this problem, she would have been blind in her right eye. DR. RUPLEY SAVED MY DAUGHTERS VISION because she listened to me, she was professional, she knew what she was doing and she didn't shoo me away like other providers. She is the reason my daughter can see today, and I feel very blessed that she was in our life to do her job to the fullest and provide us above quality care for our daughter.

So if you're reading this trying to decide what doctor to choose, take my advice and find a different doctor. I'm still unclear on how this doctor got her degree and I mean that in the most serious, nicest, sincere way. I've been seeing her (who knows why) for almost two years now. There have been so many things wrong - such as her thinking my son had SCABIES when it was clearly HFM (Google it... They're totally different), to how she wouldn't approve him to have the speech therapy he desperately needed, to most recent of her denying him to be allergy tested when all along he did have a food allergy. Anyways, I guess that's sort of my fault for not finding a different doctor sooner. The women at her office are great! The owner of the company (pediatrics of northwest Houston) is great. She's.. Well she's not. Find another doctor is all im saying.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a DR. We just recently moved to Conroe and since we went to pediatrics of north Houston in tomball I thought it would be good to just transfer to Conroe. God was I wrong. This was our first and last visit with Dr. Rupely. Trust me do not take your children here. What a horrible woman I can't believe she even has a practice.

We just visited Dr Rupley yesterday, Oct 8, 2019. for the check-up of our newborn. She was really friendly and showed tender loving care to our baby.
