My wife visited Dr. Harvey on Oct. 1, 2020, was x-rayed (her left knee), told they could do a partial knee replacement or get fitted for a brace. She was measured for the brace, told it would be in within a couple of days, promised a phone call. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, she tried unsuccessfully to talk to someone in the office. A week later she stopped by the office told the doctor would call her. She never heard from Dr. Harvey. She will NOT be returning.

Dr. Harvey was flawless as was his staff at his Heights location. I never waited longer than 5 minutes at any appt. He advocated for my well being with my insurance company who was dragging their feet at approving the surgery. Recovery time was great. I was bouncing around the next day. Unfortunately my condition resumed because of my inability to stay immobile and recuperate. I would not hesitate going to back to his Heights office at all.

I have been a patient of Dr Harvey for many years and I wouldn't trust anyone but him to take care of my orthopedic needs. He is absolutely the best in his field. I recently had a PRP procedure done on my knee and it has been wonderful. After being in pain for months I am finally pain free.
Thank you Dr Harvey
And also your staff is wonderful!

He is a wonderful doctor. He saved me from having an uncessary surgery by other doctors when I had a slip and fall accident at a concert.
I will never forget his words...I have good news and bad news...which do you want 1st? I said...the good...he said you don't need surgery...but you have 2 breaks near the rotor cup...but passive therapy will take care of the 2 breaks. Thank you Dr. Harvey

Been to three appointments saw Dr. HARVEY once. Wondering if insurance is being build as if he saw me,and not his assistant.
Looking for a new Dr.
Finally found a new doctor
Wasted the better part of a year in pain. At new appointment Dr explained everything went over xray spent time discussing end result after surgery. Please be proactive over your health.

He spent a matter of 5 minutes just to tell me that I was too old for surgery ( I’m an active 67) after a detached bicep tendon and injured rotator cuff. His nurse “said” he looked at my MRI yet ignored all of the injuries to my shoulder as stated in the report! Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I wouldn’t trust this man with any injury or ailment!

A Doctor that actually listens. Very caring staff. Had knee replacement in April but broke the plastic due to a new injury. Dr Harvey was quick to diagnose the issue and get it repaired. Wait time is less than most

Not sure what to think. I’ve been in constant pain for 3 years in my shoulder. I’ve had to continuously take pain medication because of it. I come here and the doc doesn’t even seem willing to get down to the bottom of it. Says physical therapy should work. No diagnosis, says everything is normal. I have a hard time believing that. Taking pain medicine continuously everyday because of my shoulder doesn’t sound normal. Didn’t even seem like he WANTED to figure it out. I feel like doctors should all WANT to help and figure things out
