The Dr seemed great but the staff is not helpful at all. As a matter of fact they treated me as if I was drug seeking when I told them I ran out of antibiotic eye drops. I made 2 calls and left a message and nothing was ever done. Now I have to start all over with another Dr. Which is sad because I felt like the issue is with the staff.

Update: when I called another eye Dr he got me in that day even though he had no appointments available until the first of the year because of the seriousness of my issue. Turns out I could have lost my eye sight and my condition is considered an emergency.

Not helpful, they don't care, they just can't wait to get back to their phones. Had an appointment for 12:30 didn't see the doctor until after 1, doctor showed up late and was acting childish and totally swerved any questions I had which tells me she either doesn't care to answer them or doesn't know the answers either way I still don't have the right contacts and that was my second appointment. Will never be going back and would never advise anyone else to go there. My fiance has had contacts for almost 30yrs and has never seen such an unprofessional office and staff before. Wasted money

I came about 15 minutes early for a 10 a.m. appointment, and was greeted with a friendly staff. Once all paperwork was complete, different eye tests were performed by the front office staff. While waiting to see the doctor-who had yet to show up an hour into the appointment-I was informed that she would be about 25 minutes late. Seriously!! The front office staff apologized repeatedly, and I assured them this was no fault of theirs.

I went to see Dr. Hyde for my chronic dry eyes that many other doctors failed to address. She was very patient, flexible, and attentive. She was sympathetic to the discomfort that this problem is causing me in my day-to-day life, and very intelligently recommended a simple solution! Eyelid wipes to cleanse my eyelids daily and protect from any irritants that may get to my eyes. Believe it or not, that was all there is to it! It worked! Thanks to an Excellent and smart Dr. who knew how to address a problem that other doctors seem to insist on ignoring! My discomfort is now gone.

This Dr.is a joke. I went here for contacts and my eyeglasses. It took almost two months to get my contacts. The contacts ripped inside both my eyes so I called to tell them I needed to change brands. These crooks told me there is nothing they can do it is been over thirty when they never gave me my contacts in almost two months due to being on back order.
