Lack of patient care and/ or concern. Refused to speak with me over the phone after my husband and I both had colonoscopies, had a question and was told I HAD to make an appointment, as Dr Avila does NOT speak to patients over the phone. Another $80 copay just to answer a question about services already done? No thank you. This is NOT the kind of professionalism or care I accept from health care! They're are other good doctors who care more about being a physician who cares about people than their bottom line!
Highly recommend finding another gastroenterologist!!!
