I had placed an online order and my balloon spray had accidentally been left out. (Mistakes happen!) I live about an hour and a half away so as soon as I realized it, I called the shop. Angelica answered and was so kind and quick to offer to DRIVE it to me! They ended up shipping it next day air (this was Saturday & I received it Monday) and I was able to have my shine spray for my 2 jobs on Tuesday! Every time I have been into the shop I have been treated with kindness and willingness to help and this phone interaction was no different! They have great customer service & truly care about their customers and I’m so thankful!

My new favorite balloon spot! I usually dread going to any Party City or grocery store to get my balloons blown up because they always have the worst attitude about you making them do their job… but at AL Party Balloons they were SO nice, SO professional and SO easy to work with! I brought my packages from Amazon in there and just handed them to the staff feeling very overwhelmed and they were so patient and helpful with me! I’m so grateful I found them!!

Angelica is amazing! Her and her whole team are incredible at what they do! I came in with basically no idea what I was doing and she went above and beyond to help me. She came and set up the balloons for me and even helped set up some more of the party! I highly recommend A.L.! I can’t wait to use her again!!
