Front desk staff is very unhelpful and rude. I’ve called to make an appointment for a new patient and they’re never clear on what is needed to make one. One day staff (Vicky) will ask for the anuthorization. Another day she’ll ask for the x-ray, all of which she had access to from my doctor and the portal. As a healthcare worker, I’d expect them to care more instead of being rude. I understand that the clinic may be busy, but that doesn’t mean you should be disrespectful and rude to patients. If you come here, be ready to face such attitude when you’re trying to schedule for an appointment.

On Nov. 05, 2024, I saw Doctor Chen again.( Doing annual follow up checking) I must say: a remarkable physician! I truly appreciate his expertise and the time he took to explain everything to me very clearly. His outstanding care and dedication to each patient touches our heart. ( I have friends seeing him as well, we all say: the best one!) My older kid will be in medical field also, his decency, integrity is his, and also our role model. After seeing him, I have no worry.

Dr. Chen has been an absolute godsend since he took over the care of my father when he recently transferred to an LTAC. My family's main priority in finding a doctor who would oversee his critical, long term care and respiratory rehabilitation were:
1) Specialty knowledge
2) Accessibility
3) Responsiveness
4) Patience (not rushing explanations or listening to concerns)
DR. CHEN CHECKS EVERY BOX. The time he takes to follow-up and to take necessary medical actions is incredible considering the limited time doctors have on a daily basis, yet he manages to, and without ever making us feel like we are a burden. So grateful my dad ended up in this doctor's care. Thank you for all that you do to support us and our dad during such a stressful time for our family!

Very bad ! Four years ago, I was his patient. He only had me to take a one side of X-ray which resulted in overlooking a tumor. He didn’t even had me take a CT scan when I told him that I had been coughing three months. He never suspected I had lung problem. He isn’t careful enough . He just believed I had acid reflux. Kept giving me same medicines even those didn’t improve my situation. I was delayed n misdiagnosed by him for over two months ! I should have had suit him !! Be careful !

(Lady that picked up said why you miss, and no we won't resubmit.you need to look at the papers) The short version of what she said. I haven't even gone to the office visit and am already not going and switching to another location. For my needs.
