We've ordered the same part a couple of times for our HP Officejet Pro 6978 printer. It's just a small gear that keeps breaking on us. But it's nice to not have to replace our printer because of one tiny gear that HP won't fix, but BCH has ready for us! Even though we've gone through a couple of them, they were kind enough to send another after the last one broke too, that's stronger than the last! They were easy to work with and quick response with everything! Highly recommend them!

Mr. Day, I cannot thank you enough for all the help and service you have given me through your videos on YouTube and in your fast response to my emails. I received your email and the information n links to what I needed to order. I received my order yesterday and some parts were missing n I emailed the support department and they responded rapidly fast with the tracking number for my replacements parts that were missing in my order. They were not parts I needed for repairs so no big problem. I am in my late 60's and a female repairing my own printer with your videos since I am states apart from your location. It took me about 15 minutes max to put the replacement damper in my printer with all the information in your videos I was able to trace my problems from the ink catridges to the tube's down to the dampers also to include how to open up my printer and assemble it back. So I watched the video showing how to prime the new damper and once I had the printer all back together I received an scanner error. But once again you had a youtube video on how to fix the error after watching that video I saw that one of the cables became unattached n I attached it back and went to turn my printer on and did a test print and all my colors were back. It took a couple print head cleans and my printer is fixed all because of your videos with simple easy precise instructions. You emails are so helpful and you show great customer service. If I ever get to your state I will come visit to Thank you and your staff in person. Thank you so much for being a kind person that responds and cares to really help people with your great knowledge.
